Claire Yule joined the Board in September 2022 and is currently the Chief Reward Officer for Wood, having previously held several HR leadership roles since 2003. Prior to joining the energy sector, Claire enjoyed a successful management career in retail.
Claire is globally accountable for the development, design, governance, and implementation in the areas of benefits, variable pay, fixed pay, and global mobility. She is also Secretary to the Remuneration Committee, supporting the Board and ensuring compliant governance and effective engagement with all stakeholders, and a Board member of the Wood pension plan.
Educated in Aberdeen and a Business Studies graduate of Robert Gordon University, Claire recently participated in Spencer Stuart’s Directors’ Forum. She has two daughters, Emily, and Zoe; Emily is now in her final year at Stirling University, having attended Albyn, and Zoe is in upper fifth year.
