The sporting excellence at Albyn has continued with 7 pupils from Albyn School taking part in the Scottish Schools’ Indoor Athletics Competition on Thursday 4 February 2010. This was the biggest representation from any Aberdeen School.
Ellie Buchan an UV pupil, won the 800m in a very respectable time of 2.14.58. She held the lead throughout the race.
Lindsey Young an UIII pupil performed admirably in the 60m and 200m events. She came 4th in the final of both events. Lindsey ran 6 races in total.
