Parental Involvement

There are many opportunities for parents to be involved in the life of the Nursery.  Our Nursery notice board keeps parents informed of recent and forthcoming events, lists any staff changes and the snack menu. The notice board also contains information regarding holiday dates and in-service dates. This is a convenient way of communicating with parents quickly.  From time to time parents will receive circulars containing relevant information.

 

Our notice board explains in a bit more detail, some of the activities the children are being encouraged to take part in.  There is a wide range of interesting choices which are planned for the children.

 

During the children’s time in Nursery parents will be invited to share a session with us to see how a Nursery day unfolds. This is voluntary and we will try to ensure that everybody who wishes to participate is given the opportunity.
