Each prospective pupil is assessed according to his or her age and stage in the January prior to the year of entry and we will contact all registered candidates. Up to P4 each child is assessed informally. Between P4 and P7 we like to asses all prospective pupils by means of tests in English and Maths.
For pupils entering Senior 1 they will be assessed in English, Maths and Verbal Reasoning. Scholarship candidates take a separate exam in a specific subject and Bursary candidates must apply in the January of the year prior to entry. Candidates for entry to S2 and above will be assessed according to the merits of each case, based on progress in English and Maths in particular.
